I'm totally digging the winged eyeliner look these days. Liquid liner and I have not always had a great relationship. Either the liner would cake, smudge or the application would be uneven. But, it turns out, I was just using the wrong liner! I found out about this amazing black liquid liner from the NYC line. It works great and applies evenly, but the best part is it's only $4 a pop!
I never knew this was the liner you usually use. Great! Where'd you get it from?!
